Add2 Int
Adds (or subtracts) two int signals: out = sign_aa + sign_bb. Each input has its own +/- sign so the same block can do a + b, a - b, or -a - b. Use it to offset a counter or mode number, or to take the difference of two int signals. To work on double signals, use Add2 Double.
